Finally Registered

Hey everyone!
I've been a lurker here at NF for a LONG time. I've finally decided to bite the bullet and fully join the rebellion.

I've been lifting for a while and about 6 months ago I started working for a gym.  I'd like to make it a Rebellion friendly gym.  I'm always adding my nerdy view to the bodybuilders and powerlifters giving out advice.  Whether they listen to me or not, who knows.  At least until they're in the power room at the same time as me.

 

I teach To-Shin Do out of my gym.  I travel to train with Stephen K. Hayes once a month.  Those two sentences won't mean anything to you unless you know the name, even if you practice your own martial art.  Its okay, though.  A lot of niches are that way.
