I've had good expereriences with message boards in the past, and so I thought I would find one to help with my fitness journey. When I came across this place, I knew I had found my new home. A little bit about me: I'm 30, recently separated, currently living in my parent's basement and am about to embark upon a quest to change just about every aspect of my life. I want to start with my health, because it's nearly impossible to do anything when you're constantly exhausted and feeling like crap all the time. For the first time in my life, I don't care about losing weight, but I'm bound and determined to get fit. I want to have energy to go about accomplishing my goals and I want to feel good in my own body. I'm not really planning on following any particular diet plan, but rather sticking to a balanced diet of whole foods. I've found in the past that works best for me. As far as excersise, I'm going to be doing the TurboFire DVD workout, supplemented with yoga and weekly dance classes. I'm really excited to get going on this journey and I hope to meet some cool people along the way xo Quote Link to comment
