I purposely planned things where I'd go on "holiday" to enjoy the holidays with my folks and go off diet and exercise. Good news is that I didn't lose MUCH ground, and as of tomorrow I'm throwing a phoenix down and respawning. Focusing on finishing my goals for the year (lose an additional 80 pounds, get my body fit enough to begin learning Krav Maga). Quote Link to comment
