Sore Achilles tendons?

I've recently started getting sore in the backs of my legs, right above my ankles after deadlifting and after doing standing DB calf raises. I think this is approximately where the Achilles tendon is. Its not a pain I've ever felt before...its not debilitating, but I'm wondering if that's normal or if its a warning sign of something more serious?

If its normal, can you suggest any stretches or strengthening exercises to assuage the pain? Or just do more deadlifts?
