So, I think this is how it goes: I want to improve my fitness level and get healthy.

to do that I am going to:

drink water, 64 oz per day for 6 weeks

40 + days= A, 36+=B, 30+=C,24+=D, Less than 24=F

WALK 10,000 STEPS 6 days per week

36+ A, 30+B, 24+C, 18+D, LESS THAN THAT F

weightlift 4xs per week

24+A, 20+B, 18+C, 15+D, less =F

eat paleo 5 days per week

29+ A, 23+ B, 19+C, 15+D, less = F

I don't care about my wieght so much but I would like to drop body fat, right now I am at 28% but I don't know what a reasonable amount to drop in 6 weeks would be, does anyone know?
