Hello Fellow Rebels!!

Just wanted to post a quick hello and introduce myself. I've been a hardcore gamer all my life. I got into EQ and WoW and that's when I leveled up to 335 pounds. I held onto that until just over 3 years ago when I started my life changing events. Within the first year I dropped 100lbs by changing my diet and working out (strength and cardio). Then I settled down a bit and put on 30lbs. Now I'm re motivated and already down 20lbs in 2 months but need a little more help. I found NerdFitness and absolutely love the idea!!! The idea of leveling my workouts...brilliant! I have 3 very small little ones so I don't game as much, but now I can game my life. I've been onboard for about 3 days and I'm about done reading the mindset and nutrition quests and about to embark on the fitness.

Anyway, I wish everyone the best working towards your goals and I look forward to hanging out with everyone!
