Been up & down the weight charts & need a reset. 17.5 stones was back to my heaviest so Kicked off with dropping alcohol for the cancer research dryathlon (I was drinking a bottle of wine a night previously) & now back in the gym. 7lbs lost already since new year day, enjoying the workouts again (back to heavy lifting), IFing while cycling carbs around work outs, this previously brought about a 30lb & 8% body fat loss a few years ago and hoping for similar results.One of my main issues has been mental issues. I'm hoping the changes I made to work & life in 2014 will give me the focus & resolve to sustain the changes this time.I'll probably start a training log at some point as I find this useful to keep me focused & feeling accountable & enthused.
