Plateau - OBLITERATED!

Now to give a disclaimer, I have stopped putting weight goals in my challenges. Weight is too complex a calculation and relies on too many random things to be a good gauge of health.

That said, I've pretty much plateaued at 35lbs of weight lost. I've been here well on for almost three months. Now in between, I had some health problems, but it's really been a kick not to have had any progress. I stopped weighing myself daily and now about once or twice a week.

At some point, in the last few days (after going pretty close to 90% paleo/primal diet) I've not only lost, but finally dipped under the 200lb mark, which I've not been under in almost 5 years!

I know it's just a number, but it feels good to see that if I stay on course, and don't sweat too much, I can get back on track and improve!!!
