MythicalMagpie Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 Now to give a disclaimer, I have stopped putting weight goals in my challenges. Weight is too complex a calculation and relies on too many random things to be a good gauge of health. That said, I've pretty much plateaued at 35lbs of weight lost. I've been here well on for almost three months. Now in between, I had some health problems, but it's really been a kick not to have had any progress. I stopped weighing myself daily and now about once or twice a week. At some point, in the last few days (after going pretty close to 90% paleo/primal diet) I've not only lost, but finally dipped under the 200lb mark, which I've not been under in almost 5 years! I know it's just a number, but it feels good to see that if I stay on course, and don't sweat too much, I can get back on track and improve!!! I'm super proud of us (though to be fair, we'd both still be over our goals if we'd been able to go out for sushi on tuesday ... maybe we should eat in more ...)
