Dark_Knight7096
I've been following the emails for well over a year now, never knew the forum existed before. In 2010 I was at my heaviest, a little over 340lbs, last year I was at my lightest 206lbs, now I'm back up to 215ish or so. My ultimate goal is to be about 220-230 but with a BF% of 14-20, right now I'm about 26%. Working on cutting to try and get down to about 200 again and then work my way back up. I'm a lot stronger than I used to be and can see definite differences in my musculature but i'm still not HAPPY with the way I look, though I'm sure that's a story that is repeated a lot by many different people. I've done a few obstacle course races last year for the first time and have signed up for a few more this year already. I like doing things that force me to stay fit and if I don't, my body makes me answer for my slippage. Glad to finally know the community is here and to be a part of it. I constantly get asked for help by my friends and family but none of them actually WANT help, they just want to ask for it and rebuff every answer I have with a million excuses as to why it's no good. It's insanely frustrating. Quote Link to comment
FlameFighter
Hi Dark Knight! I just started myself a week ago, but welcome to the Rebellion forum! A toast to being happy in our own skin.
