GoldFly Posted January 30, 2015 Report Share Posted January 30, 2015 For myself, I've found the best motivation is to just drop the excuses and do it. The longer I sit around thinking about whether or not I should exercise the less likely I am to do it. There are plenty of intense workouts that can be done in 30 minutes or less, so the "don't have time" excuse really doesn't fly anymore. Quote Link to comment
