Knoxort
One week into the new semester, I pulled my Achilles tendon while training for my first marathon. I had no great illusions about finishing first, but this break in my already accelerated training regimen is really discouraging, especially as my roommates continue to train without me. The hardest parts are making sure that I rest sufficiently (I don't want to begin again to early, but I also don't want to miss more than I have) and making sure that I do my stretches and such to get back to full strength. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.†-Socrates Link to comment
