Riding the WILD rollercoaster.

It's time for me to respawn as well.  I had a health assessment today at work and I'm ready to go.  I started out at 399, one shy of four bills and worked my tail off to get down to 274 at my lowest.  At my height and frame, that is a massive loss of weight.  I quit my job, moved across country and life blew up.  I'm back up to 340, and I have the goal of getting back to where I was and then some.  I've started strength training and a bit of jogging.  I'm not sure where to go with the strength training and how to set my goals, but i do have a plan for the running but that's a short term goal.

 

Any ideas what to set for goals for the strength training?
