6 Month Marker

Well I made it six months eating clean and lifting progressivly. I've lost about 60lbs and gone from barely lifting a bench bar to doing sets of 10 pullups and working with a 750lb tire. I'm planning on starting full on strongman training soon, so I will hopefully be adding muscle weight. I'm looking for tips on healthy snacks and strongman exercises all the time as well as clean food that will easily work into a stupidly busy (2 &1/2 jobs busy) schedule. Sorry to plug in and toot mu own horn but BigLantern is really proud of his progress
