I'm 26, obsessed with changing my life, I started out around 300 pounds and I'm down to 235, and still going strong. I just don't have a support system. This journey is such a mental obsticle for me. No one in my life is going through what I am, so when I found this group of people with so many similar interests I got so excited! I'm currently in school for exercise science, I want to work in cardiac rehab, and help people keep the hope up in their minds, just like I had to keep my hopes up. I've been overweight my entire life, so working toward a smaller goal is scary to me, but I'm excited ( pretty sure I've overused that word today!) You've really done a lot already, I am very impressed that you were able to get this far without a support group! That is amazing!But if you want a support group, this is the right place, for sure!
