Also been cycling different types of workouts and I'm on week 5 of a muscle building program takes about an hour and 45 to get through it. I got up late and decided since it was leg day I would just pop off a quick mile and hit the weights. And it was a heavy day so 6 rep max X 4 sets. Loaded up with 225 on squats and blasted through that like nothing. Loaded up smooth 2 45's to make 315 did 2 sets of 6. Them the last set added 2 5 lbs plate. To make 100 lbs over my norm. Same with leg press 150 lbs over my norm. It's amazing what a difference not running made. 1 Quote Link to comment
