No-cheat No-vember...who's in?

It's pretty simple. No cheating on your nutrition or fitness for the entire month of November...until Thanksgiving, at which point you can eat/drink/do whatever the hell you want, guilt-free. Anybody game? Post below if you are, and be sure to outline what constitutes "cheating" for you so we can hold you accountable!

I'll start. Until Thanksgiving I will:

*Stick to my daily calorie limit religiously.

*Cut out my usual Saturday splurge (and any other bad decisions!).

*Shun sugars, carbs and alcohol.

*Only eat between the hours of noon and 9 p.m.

*Work out 6 days each week.

The rain on my chest is a baptism. I am born again.
