VibramFF Laces

I sent them an email last week and had no reply. I also tried calling them and eventually got to the point where I had to wait to talk to a sales representative. It would put me on hold for a while because all the reps were busy. Eventually it asked me to press 1 to leave a message or 2 to stay on the line. When I pressed 2, it would transfer me then ask me to leave a message. I tried it twice and both times it redirected me to leave a message even though I asked to stay in the queue. That's somewhat infuriating.
