My Jedi Training Continues

Greetings fellow rebels! I excited to embark on my second challenge with all of you!

My objectives for this challenge is to gain leaner muscle mass, become physically stronger, and more mentally grounded.

Here are my goals:

1) yoga 3x/week

2) body weight workout 3x/week

3) eating 100% Paleo (I had some chocolate yesterday, before committing to this goal, and savored every bite)

4) walk/run 1 mile 4x/week

As a side goal,I have just started teaching yoga and want to market my classes more, so for 2 days every week I am going to commit to marketing/promotion and getting to word out about my classes so I can attract new clients :)

Welcome back, and congrats on teaching yoga classes!!!  What kind of location do you hold your classes in?
