My objectives for this challenge is to gain leaner muscle mass, become physically stronger, and more mentally grounded.Here are my goals:1) yoga 3x/week2) body weight workout 3x/week3) eating 100% Paleo (I had some chocolate yesterday, before committing to this goal, and savored every bite)4) walk/run 1 mile 4x/weekAs a side goal,I have just started teaching yoga and want to market my classes more, so for 2 days every week I am going to commit to marketing/promotion and getting to word out about my classes so I can attract new clients Look forward to hearing all of your stories and progress! Mojobee Posted February 25, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 I'm currently teaching in a small studio close to my home. I am hoping to expand to different locations, and when the weather. Gets warmer, possibly teaching some outdoor classes as well Quote Link to comment
