Hi all,

I'm a 31 year-old nerd and father to twins. I'm sure my story isn't much different from many others. I've been overweight wince my preteens, but (aside from some confidence issues) my weight was a non-issue. I was fat, and everyone could get over it. I peaked at 304 a couple of years ago, and after going back to work I lost a little just from being on my feet more, but stalled at 285.

A couple of months ago, I decided to do something about it, started eating a little cleaner and riding my bike to work. Now I'm 271 and dropping, running 3 days a week, and thinking it's time to add some freeweights to my routine.

Fitness stuff aside, I'm a comic book fanboy, a lover of traditional animation and illustration, and an enthusiastic new recruit!

For the rebellion,

JoeBlend
