Cat in the rack Posted February 24, 2015 Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 My old routine had me stuck at a plateau, and after changing it around a couple times to "improve" it I've decided to scrap it completely in favour of stronglifts 5x5. As you can see by my signature, I've reset my key lifts to a level I know I can manage for the routine, wish me luck.
