sumdawgtwigg
I hadn't been checking the scale because it's completely devastating at times but today I took the plunge and stepped on. Since starting back up around december I've dropped 15lbs! Now, I know that's not a ton but I've been trying my best to do this the healthy way this time around. I'm back down in the 180s and I couldn't be happier about it. 2 Quote "It's always the ones that don't do anything that try to bring you down" - Henry Rollins "There is no meantime, there is only now" - The Ditty Bops Trail Blazing Elf Ranger Sumdawgtwigg Level 3 STR-3 DEX-4 STA-4 CON-3 WIS-5 CHA-2 Fitocracy My Game Blog DO IT CHALLENGE! TheKaiminator
Great work! When I was first losing weight I would weight myself once a week and it would always fill me with fear before hand. I've started weighing myself everyday at the same time, and tracking it in a spreadsheet. You start seeing the trend a lot easier and you don't risk going half a month gaining weight without realising it. If you still find you're avoiding the scales give this approach a go.
