hit_girl3
So, I've really fallen off the Nerd Fitness wagon. I don't even remember how I strayed away, that's how long its been. But I'm back after numerous "fails." So the main thing that I want to work on respawning are my roller derby skills. Since I broke my finger back in November, I've had a hard time getting motivated. I was super pumped at the beginning of January because I could be back on skates but slowly my motivation has died of as a result of lack of improvement. It is slightly my own fault for not improving because besides the two 2 hour practices attend, I don't practice any of my skills off skates. I am trying to pass minimum skills so I can actually compete. My current goal is to pass minimum derby skills by April 5th which is my 24th birthday. I think this is achievable, but it might not be due to my cerebral palsy that makes it harder to master physical things. My goals to create improvement:1. Attend four hours of practice a week2. Practice on skates, outside of practice for at least an hour this week3. Do 50 squats, 60 one-legged squats, 20 lunges, 40 side lunges 3x a week4. Find one new skill related derby workout a week and complete in 3x that week Quote Link to comment
