Run + Inverted Row PBs!!!!

Recommended Posts

Today, I went through a national fitness test which I've been doing poorly in for years. Ever since discovering NF last September, I've been training - arms, core, legs, interval training, you name it. I'm pretty glad I did - it's paid off

Previous year (March): 1.5 mile run timing = 16:10 (grade: D), 30-seconds inverted rows = 3 (E)

This year (2nd March): 1.5 mile timing = 14:12 (grade: B, missed an A by 13 seconds), 30-seconds inverted rows = 28 (A, and by a lot)

These are my personal bests to date, breaking my previous timing 14:45 and 30-second max rep of 23. These two also used to be my worst stations in the fitness test, and now I'm doing considerably well in them.

Bottom line? Three cheers for NF!

Oh my gooodnessss! You didn't just break them, you power-bombed them to smithereens. Those are some excellent figures! :D

Wow! Way wow.

This message was convincingly brought to you by,"my imaginative brain"—in association with "my nimble but bulbous fingers".

Results of 2nd half of test:

10m shuttle run: 10.8 seconds - grade: A

(PERSONAL BEST; down from 12.1 in last March)

Sit-and-reach: 49cm - grade: A

(up from 43cm in last March; no change in personal best of 49cm)

Standing broad jump: 184cm - grade: B

Very pleased with myself, to say the least. :D
