hwrdfrnd Posted March 2, 2015 Report Share Posted March 2, 2015 Tomorrow I go to see a physical therapist to work on my rotator cuff strength and fix my scapulas.Apparently my left scap doesn't go down and in very well which is why I have injured my left shoulder over and over again, but tomorrow I should have a real plan to get this shit straightened out.If all else fails the doc I saw suggested we try prolotherapy if the pt doesn't get my shoulder working, but my main concern going in is fixing the scapula problem so I can get back into a groove and not be so paranoid of injury. 1 Quote Hwrdfrnd - Goblin AdventurerSTR 0 | DEX 0 | STA 0 | CON 0 | WIS 0 | CHA 0Current Challenge Link to comment
