One workout, 3 new bests

So my session this morning consisted of squats, overhead presses, deadlifts and pull-ups. I managed 92.5kg for the squats, 47.5kg for the overhead presses (man that was a tough one) and 110kg for the deadlifts. Sadly my pull-ups stayed at their current position with 3 sets of 5, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna let them stay there. On an unrelated note, you will get weird looks if you let out song lyrics on some of the rougher reps... I imagine.

Squat: 115kg

Bench: 77.5kg

Deadlift: 130kg

Total: 322.5kg

Weight: 68kg
