Hi all

I'm currently a chef who needs to get out of the trade. So will be filling in my application for a bsc in sports and exercise science tomorrow. I'm looking forward to joining you guys in developing my fitness goals.

I had been doing the intro workout from You Are Your Own Gym but started suffering from tendonitis in my forearms. I also managed to do a hip flexor tear, but they are all on the mend and am starting to get back into my workouts again.

I have lost 10 kg, and am looking to lose the last of my belly and develop my body into what it should have been ten years ago (i'm in my early 30's) and prevent any further damage to my joints.
