teas926 Posted November 21, 2011 Report Share Posted November 21, 2011 Ok so I've been doing Team Beachbody's Insanity for 3 weeks, found it quite enjoyable although a little cheeky on the legs. Well I got to Week 3 Day 6 then went to Austria to ski for a week. Today is the Monday so I'm back to my timings and workout days, but what do I do. Do I start week 3 again? Or do I start week 4 today having skipped a week. It wasn't a week off exactly as I was working a hard at skiing, so it's not like I've been sat on my backside doing nothing for a whole week.
