Very cool! Every time I think about doing parkour I imagine slamming my face in the ground.

Do they teach you some good balance techniques so that doesn't happen? lol if so, I may want to try it.

It wasn't a class thing, just a solo session based on what I've read. I looked around to find basic exercises that are typically done as conditioning and beginner training for parkour. Once I've gotten better at the basic movements I'll move on to some more difficult stuff. After all, wouldn't wanna slam my face on the ground :)
