My first attempt at this did not go as planned and certain outside forces made me have to start over using a new nickname. A brief intro on me, I'm a mechanic, the kind that works on things that fly . I'm also an USMC vet, and since my end of service and having a son, I've gained a lot more weight than I'd like. Anyhow, That's mostly my story, I'm here to get fit and get my body back! I joined the current challenge and I'm excited to start this over! Drop by and leave some feedback please! onehitkill Posted April 16, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 16, 2015 Thanks, I did start thd current 6 week challenge, gotta figure out How to link it.Goals are kinda simple really, mostly about increasing performance and losing weight while eating better. I do want to do a lot of circuit workouts, the best shape I was in my life was out of bootcamp and I did 0 weight lifting then. 1 Quote Link to comment
