Noname123
AWESOME goals Welcome to the rebellion!!! It sounds like you have some incredible long term goals. Have you given any thought to what smaller goals will help you get to those? Quote Spaz Ranger BATTLE LOG You can have results or excuses. Not both Link to comment
Sylista Cianix
I have a few small goals. I want to be able to ride my bike to work without being short of breath, then I would like to be able to ride to the gym, which is across town. I am trying to increase my water intake, reduce my coffee, and be better with taking my medication on time.Every time I reach a short-term goal, I am going to create a new one. I don't want to flood myself with plans. 2 Quote "It's all about the story...""Love as thou wilt."http://beautiful-blithering.tumblr.com Link to comment

This is pretty much how I roll. It keeps things fresh and fun and not overwhelming. Welcome, fellow psych gal! ( I manage a psychology office ) Keep setting building blocks with your small goals and you'll be surprised at how fast they add up, and what you are capable of!
