HighwayNoisemaker Posted April 20, 2015 Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 Hi ya'll, lurked on and off for a while now, decided to finally make the jump in. I'm a recent grad with a degree in game design, primarily working on the art end. At the moment working on an indie project and some illustration. Now that the college hurdle has been jumped for now, I really want to focus on building my strength back up. I'm a 23 year old female, 5'5, 215 lbs (down 26 lbs since I started school, but I've plateaued since last year.) Last few semesters hit me hard and I fell behind on working out, but at least managed to keep from gaining it back. Honestly I'm considering losing the excess weight as kind of a side goal. I just want to get back on track with the warrior path again, I'm tired of noodle arms! First goals are:Cut soda completely out of my diet.Get back into the habit of working out. I was amazed when I kicked soda completely, at how much energy I had and how much more alert I felt... (and also dropped a few pounds, woohoo) Good luck with your anti-noodlearms goal!
