I need to lose about 20 lbs and get my blood pressure under control, or 30 lbs if you're looking at an insurance company chart. Which I'm not This is the only program that has really gotten me motivated, and it seems to be chock-full of cool, fun people that share my interests and concerns. I'm in the same boat (see what I did there... :-D) in that this is the only site that's gotten me into a gym for more than a couple weeks, though I'm not exactly sure why now that I think about it.
