jkirk218 Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 I'm am 5'11" 198 lbs. In 2004 I weighed 266 lbs, and any physical activity I did was purly by accident. After my son was born I realized that if I wanted to be around for him I better get my fat butt in shape. I started writing everything I ate in a food journal and worked out 6 times a week mixing cardio with weight training. After about 1 yr I was down to 175 lbs and felt like I had reached my final goal. Over the last year or so I have been fluctuating between 175 lbs and 200 lbs. I don't feel healthy. Food is my weakness for sure. When I don't eat right I feal like I throw my workouts out the window. I found this website today and am excited to be motivated again. I had an awesome workout this morning and I busted out the food journal. My only goal is to improve everyday, I don't want to feel like I have reached my final goal. There are some awesome things on this site and I can't wait to move forward. Quote Link to comment
