I had my first set of aligners put in yesterday, so far it's mostly just a matter of getting used to something in my mouth but sleeping last night sucked- I kept scratching my tongue on the edges of the bottom aligners and waking up. Also, I have a major lisp now and can't pronounce 'F' or 'V's Quote "No-one tells a T-Rex when to go to sleep".- Jim Wendler Link to comment
