Spartan M85 Posted April 25, 2015 Report Share Posted April 25, 2015 I just finished making a homemade yoke tonight and decided to test it out. It's 2 2x6s stuck in 2 5 gallon buckets of concrete with a 5.5 ft 1in thick bar holding the 2x6s together. Sorry I was unable to include pic due to file size. I managed 3 rounds of 30-40 yard walks. I hope to eventually make an atlas stone to add to my workouts. Quote Link to comment
