Roldanis Posted April 25, 2015 Report Share Posted April 25, 2015 Wasn't planning on going for a PR this morning but when I got the the gym I was feeling really good. Previous PR was a heavy triple at 275 so I decided to go for a first ever 1RM. Online calculators showed my 1RM was 302, which I figured was close enough to try for 3 plates. Crazy to think the progess I've been able to make in 6 months with never having done a DL in my life prior to November last year.
