Comixbookgurl Posted May 22, 2015 Report Share Posted May 22, 2015 What would be a good, slow movement to start back in the process of being badass again? I went hardcore paleo 2 years back, and was doing really well, finally had the energy and motivation to workout more. But then cancer and hormone imbalance all my hardwork went away. I am starting slow, 80/20 paleo and trying not to get discouraged. Would just walking and maybe the beginners body workout here be enough? I am having surgery, again, July 17th, and I just worry that if I start now, the changes that I make wont stick when Im recovering. Quote Link to comment
