Need a work around for Golfers Elbow

HELP!  I have had golfers elbow acting up for the last six months.  I have iced, rested and taken Ibuprofen.  It will feel fine and I go back in the gym, using light weights and keeping my elbows in, and it gets aggravated again.  Does anybody have experience with this and have a good work out that won't irritate my elbow?  Thanks in advance.  BTW Thank you Nerd Fitness team I have been reading for a long time and appreciate all your hard work.
