I thought I'd join this site because, despite the fact that I have a fairly comfortable life, a nice house/family, and a sweet adoring boyfriend, I'm unhappy. Everyday I look in the mirror and I'm disappointed. And it sucks! Anyway... I actually do work out at least twice a week. I just have problems with food. I constantly rationalize eating things that I know are bad. I don't know what else to say haha. Quote Link to comment

If you are drawn to something you'd like to try, reach out to that person and start asking questions about how to put together your plan. If you are respectful and enthusiastic, most people are willing to help others out. We were all there when we needed help to get going. Good luck and welcome.
