nailpolish Posted June 9, 2015 Report Share Posted June 9, 2015 MeF/27/5'5" 117 lbs I am a social worker who never sleeps enough and wants to get fit and healthy. I work overnights and sleep and food are really big struggles for me, I find it hard to eat at 4 am... I am hoping to learn enough about fitness to eat well and put on some muscle. I live with an awesome cat, a sometimes roommate and share my life (not a home - yet) with my partner and his hilarious kids. I signed up since a 6 week challenge just started and I am going to give it an honest shot. I need to work on eating properly and getting more exercise into my life, so I think those are going to be my first goals. I am an avid cyclist, at least in the warm weather, so I want to try branching out. I don't got much else to add. Hi! Quote Link to comment
