spezzy Posted December 11, 2011 Report Share Posted December 11, 2011 Hi All, I've been putting off posting this so I can give a full rundown, but haven't had the time - so to keep you all from wondering! We're postponing the start of the next 6 day challenge. The next one will start January 2nd. Yes, this does have something to do with the new year and stuff, but it also has to do with the fact that we want a few weeks without a challenge to work on some stuff behind the scenes. SO. That doesn't mean you have to stop challenging yourself - and I highly encourage a workout log thread. I'll be doing one myself What I DO want people to be doing is start reflecting upon the year and your past challenges, and see what worked for you and what didn't. Where did you fail? Where did you succeed (PS - There may be a thing or two coming up discussing that, soooooo start thinking about it now )? I want the new challenge to be the most successful one ever for EVERYONE.
