Fell off the wagon and it left me in the dust

Recommended Posts

The end of challenge week 2 is near, and this entire week has been a failure. I've completed my 3 workout days, which is nice? but water and food have been terrible. Binged heavily. 10+ liters of pop in 3 days, 5+ bags of doritos and cheezits and very very lazy through the week. I'd do my workout, work, then home and lay in bed with netflix and food. Over the week I've gained weight. It's terrible and I'm trying to find my median, my fire to get back on track. I kicked butt first week but now that fire is like gone and it's really annoying the crap outta me.

I think to get back on track I'd have to have treats in moderation? Like one cheat snack a day? As for the laziness, I think I may have to see a doc for some psychological issues. Had it for a while but I'm pretty stubborn and hate docs. I have seen it get worse though lately, so I think it's time.

TL; DR:

2nd week fo challenge crap

binge eating

weight gain

lack of movement

psychological issues

get on track;

snacks in moderation

see doc

That's some good self awareness. You can do this.  I struggled with laziness till a counselor pointed out he didn't think I was lazy, he thought I was a perfectionist. Maybe you don't need a doctor, just a counselor.
