Sarge Posted June 23, 2015 Report Share Posted June 23, 2015 Howdy Folks Names Sarge I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum but I'm out of bubble gum well on my last piece technically. Anyways straight to the point after the past 7 years in the military flying a D35K I have got more fat around the middle than I like. I've spent the last few years being a spawn camper working out only when it was getting close to time for my Physical fitness test and I'm tired of it. Its affecting my work performance and my hobbies (blacksmithing). By previous training (four years of TKD) my class should be monk at this point I am a monk who found the hidden beer stash. For the next 11 months I will be primarily aiming for ranger class until I separate from the military then I want to go full warrior. untill then I have to meet the standards found here.http://www.afpc.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-110804-054.pdf Current Stats as of my last test Male 27 Years old 245 Lbs (current is same) Waist 39" 1.5 mile run time of 12:30 45ish Pushups in one min 50ish Crunches in one min My goals are.... 220ish lbs waist 37" or less run time of 11:00 +or- :30 67 push ups 58 crunchesAs soon as I have saved the cash I will be joining the academy.Thats all for now.
