I'm back!

So back in 2012 I started out at 315 lbs. Realizing that I didn't want to die or be crippled by 50,i cleaned up my diet and started exercising. Got myself down to 230. Then in mid 2014 I tweaked my knee and remembered may I liked Ben and Jerry's so much....

Right now I'm back to 256 and the bell has sounded not to do this to myself again. So.... Back in the wagon. Eating right and am going to restart stronglifts tonight. Think I might train for a 5k too to give me a real hard goal and something to focus on. So... Here goes... Again.
