Never really took getting into fitness seriously, but this site interested me because...well obviously because i'm a nerd haha. However! All that changed at the start of May. I woke up one day and looked in the mirror and said "nope, that's not me any more" and have been making some pretty hefty stride since then. Lost a few pants sizes, been doing lifting, etc. Just though i'd pop in and say Hi before I go off and ask my noob question. Thanks for reading my spiel! Quote Link to comment
