Scrawlcreatelive
I have been doing great with my bodyweight workouts but have slipped on cardio (hopefully there isn't a zombie apocalypse in the future) My no sugar plan needs a lot of work . My family is not following my sugar free plan and I don't want to force it on them. Any tips on going sugar free? Tanktimus the Encourager
It can be hard to give up some particular part of what you eat when family is not on board. The simplest thing (and also the hardest) is decide what you want to do independent of what everyone else does. You can do it. Great job on the strength training.
