Down 3% Body Fat!

Nice! That sounds like a great mile time! If I do half jogging half speed walking I do it somewhere around 12 minutes. I'd LOVE to work on getting my mile time down to where you are.

What time do you think you started around? Got a ball park figure for that one?

Thanks Guys! I'm super stoked to be making progress, but I'm constantly reminded I have so far to go. Fight Gone Bad ruined me today.

@awsd00 I wasn't in *terrible* shape to start... but my guess would be around 8:00ish for my starting mile time. I need to do a much better job at tracking exercises.

Any improvement is a good improvement though! I just looked at that Fight Gone Bad thing...that is...words...I can't even describe how intimidating that looks. lol
