I've sucked so much this week. I missed exercising 3 times, I broke down and got sugary crap from the bakery yesterday, AND I had more this morning for "breakfast." Got to catch and stop these shenanigans ASAP if I want to keep losing weight. starting today. right now (not this "tomorrow" crap everyone throws around as an excuse) Captain Drops is back on the horse! Objectives are as follows:

 

- 3 Solid Paleo Meals a day. no more, no less.

- Run 6 days this week. 

- In bed at 12, out at 8. Zero exceptions

 

I'll be reporting back next Wednesday, the 4th (Woo! 'Murica) see you guys then.
