Hooley
I did it. I just finished my Masters degree. My graduation ceremony is later in July, and I'm starting my PhD in October. 6 years at University has led me to this moment. However, I need to re-spawn, or at least level up, as the final year of my MSc was incredibly emotionally draining. I fear that I have developed an 'emotional binge eating' habit (mostly on sugar). Does anyone have any advice for tackling such a beast? Cheers in advance! Quote Link to comment

Doctor_T_Love
Best way I found to tackle cravings was to just turn off tv and everything and just sit there. And stare at the kitchen or something till I get really bored. Also dont have said craving in the house.p.s I am 17 so my stress levels are barren. But thatd what I do. Raincloak
Get lots of sleep, drink tea (plain or with minimal sugar plz). If you decide to eat sugar, serve yourself a small portion (put the rest back, give it away or throw it out) and eat it reeeeeeal slow, without screens or books or other distractions. Actually look at, smell and taste it. You are choosing this, not doing it out of compulsion. 1 Quote Every saint has a past, and every sinner has a future. Hylian Assassin 5'5", 143 lbs.
