Time to suck it up....

I feel like the new kid in the class so... *waves*.  My goal in joining is to make my mental image match the physical and while it's not possible to be a Lycan :D I am going to strive to get that speed and strength. I know it's there I used to see it. Now all I see is the blob (5'8" 270 ). Hopefully this will help keep me accountable because what I have done in the past has not worked. So here goes nothing....

Short term, avoid bread/breading for a day and see if I can get a habit going. I've been going to a cardio "kick boxing" class three days a week so four days a week is next. Walking a mile a day already so need to take it to two, doing body weight exercises while I get my form down. Other ideas are always appreciated.
